Airport services in the terminals
Valencia Airport also has a range of services in the terminals to make the stay more convenient for passengers, accompanying persons and visitors in general.
Some of these services are subject to a charge, and some may be available only to passengers rather than the general public because they are located in the boarding area.
Please note that some of these services do not operate 24 hours a day. Please call if you have any questions about their exact location or opening hours.
In the airport terminal Departures hall, next to the check-in desks, there is a baggage-wrapping machine. To use this service, hand your suitcase to the attendant. If you want the handle and wheels of your baggage left unwrapped, tell the service operator.

RIA Money Transfer
Valencia Airport does not have a currency-exchange office, although it has two Euronet cash machines that dispense foreign currency.

The airport has five Cardiac Rescue points (defibrillators) equipped with AEDs (semi-automatic external defibrillators), strategically located throughout its facilities for use in any emergency.

Valencia Airport has a shopping area with food shops, Duty Free, gifts, fashion and accessories, distributed between the public and passenger-only areas of the terminals.
To claim a VAT refund for purchases made in Spain, you must not be an EU resident and the amount purchased from each establishment must exceed €90.15. You must present the purchased goods together with the tax-free invoices at the airport tax-refund offices before checking in your baggage.
If you have a DIVA form supporting your purchase, you can avoid manual stamping and use the self-service machines or readers for electronic validation of DIVA forms, located in the airport check-in areas.

To obtain a refund for the VAT refund after electronic validation or invoice stamping, go to the airport VAT Refund Offices or send the stamped invoice(s) to the relevant establishment for reimbursement.
