Valencia Airport

Valencia Airport (VLC), also known as Valencia-Manises Airport, is strategically located just 8 km west of Valencia city centre, between the municipalities of Manises and Quart de Poblet. Its proximity to the city makes it one of Spain's most accessible airports, serving both business and leisure travellers.

Passengers can fly to major domestic destinations including Madrid-Barajas , Palma de Mallorca , Barcelona-El Prat and Seville . Internationally, the airport offers connections to key European cities including Amsterdam, Rome, London, Paris, Milan and Frankfurt.

Air Nostrum, which operates under the Iberia Regional brand, has the largest presence at Valencia Airport and uses it as its main base.

In 2025, Valencia Airport set a new all-time record with 11.8 million passengers. This year, forecasts point to 13.5 million passengers, consolidating its position as Spain's eighth-busiest airport by passenger traffic and ninth by aircraft movements. It is also the country's sixth-largest airport for air freight, following notable growth in recent months.

The airport has one runway, designated 12/30. Passenger operations are handled through the Main Terminal, including the T1 and T2 areas for domestic and international flights, and the Regional Aviation Terminal, dedicated to regional services. Separate terminals also serve general aviation and air freight, allowing the airport to meet passenger, logistics and cargo-transport needs.
